Twenty-five years across financial services, media, government, energy, telco and retail, working with Fortune 500 boards, regulators and operating teams. A military instruction and coaching background underneath all of it.
MultipleWorks is the firm Mark founded to work directly with clients, senior-led and hands-on, without the overhead of a large consultancy. He has built and operated production AI for enterprise clients, co-founded a hospitality venture, and advised founders from pre-seed through Series A. Every engagement is led personally.
